Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Brewers activated second baseman Rickie Weeks off the 15-day disabled list on Thursday. He had been on the DL since July 28 due to a severely sprained left ankle. Weeks was hurt during a game against the Chicago Cubs on July 27 while legging out an infield hit. Cashner has not pitched since he strained his right rotator cuff in his first big league start on April 5.
