07/30/2010 - Boston, MA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Detroit Tigers starter Armando Galarraga left Friday's game with the Boston Red Sox due to an apparent right ankle injury.

Galarraga was struck by a line drive off the bat of Boston's Kevin Youkilis with two outs in the fifth. It appeared the ball caromed violently off the ankle as Galarraga completed his follow-through.

After being tended to on the mound by team staff, he eventually left the game under his own power.

Enrique Gonzalez took over on the mound.

Who is to say independently produced Little Miss Sunshine won't be this year's Crash.  Last year, Crash won for Best Motion Picture, shocking those who bet on gay cowboy flick, Brokeback Mountain, as the favorite to win.
